Section 125C.0687 - Court may hold expedited hearing upon motion alleging immediate danger of irreparable harm

The court may, upon a motion alleging immediate danger of irreparable harm to the child, hold an expedited hearing concerning custody or visitation following the deploying parent's return from deployment.
