Section 125C.0075 - Unlawful relocation with child; attorney's fees and costs If a parent with primary physical custody or joint physical custody relocates with a child in violation of NRS 200.359:
1. The court shall not consider any post-relocation facts or circumstances regarding the welfare of the child or the relocating parent in making any determination.2.
