Section 125.220 - Complaining spouse may record notice of lis pendens; either spouse may be enjoined from disposing of property1. At any time after the filing of the complaint, the complaining spouse may record a notice of pendency of the action in the office of the county recorder of any county in which the other spouse may have real property. The notice has the same effect as notice in actions directly affecting real property.2.
