Section 119B.205 - Requirement to notify Division in writing of certain convictions1. A developer shall notify the Division in writing if the developer is convicted of, or enters a plea of guilty, guilty but mentally ill or nolo contendere to, a felony or any crime involving moral turpitude.2.
