Section 119A.358 - Creation and maintenance of website through which licenses, permits or registrations may be renewed; fees The Division may:
1. Create and maintain a secure website on the Internet through which each license, permit or registration issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may be renewed; and2. For each license, permit or registration renewed through the use of a website created and maintained pursuant to subsection 1, charge a fee in addition to any other fee provided for pursuant to this chapter which must not exceed the actual cost to the Division for providing that service.Added to NRS by 2007, 587Added to NRS by 2007, 587
