Section 119A.660 - Enforcement of chapter and protection of purchasers by Administrator1. Whenever the Administrator believes that any person has violated any order, regulation, permit, decision, demand or requirement, or any of the provisions of this chapter, the Administrator may bring an action in the district court in the county in which the person resides or maintains his or her principal place of business or, if the person resides outside the State, in any court of competent jurisdiction within or outside the State, against the person to enjoin the person from continuing the violation.2.
