Section 119.163 - License: Creation and maintenance of website through which licenses may be renewed; fees The Division may:
1. Create and maintain a secure website on the Internet through which each registered representative's license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may be renewed; and2. For each registered representative's license renewed through the use of a website created and maintained pursuant to subsection 1, charge a fee in addition to any other fee provided for pursuant to this chapter which must not exceed the actual cost to the Division for providing that service.Added to NRS by 2007, 586Added to NRS by 2007, 586
