Section 119.290 - Service of process; witness fees1. In any hearing in any part of the State the process issued by the Administrator extends to all parts of the State and may be served by any person authorized to serve process of courts of record.2. The person serving any such process shall receive such compensation as may be allowed by the Administrator, not to exceed the fees prescribed by law for similar service.3.
