Section 4.033 - Senior justices of the peace1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law or ordinance, a senior justice of the peace who serves in that capacity may serve temporarily in any justice court in this State, regardless of whether the senior justice of the peace is a resident of the township or county in which the justice court to which he or she is assigned is located.2.
