Section 90-6-308 - Permit procedure and review of impact plan to run concurrently

It is intended that the procedure for fulfilling the permit requirement of 82-4-335 and the review of the impact plan by the board under 90-6-307(5) and (6), if review occurs, are to run concurrently.
