Mont. Code § 90-5-302
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
It is the policy of this state to encourage the formation of employee-owned enterprises in order to stabilize local economies, to anchor business activity by increasing and broadening community investments, to increase productivity, and to encourage new capital formation through employee ownership.
