As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Board" means the fish, wildlife, and parks crimestoppers board created in 2-15-3404.(2) "Department" means the department of fish, wildlife, and parks.(3) "Program" means the fish, wildlife, and parks crimestoppers program created under 87-5-605.
