Mont. Code § 85-7-206

The annual tax levy and the apportionment and distribution of the total amount required to be raised in any year must be determined and imposed in accordance with 85-7-2104 and the provisions and limitations of law applicable to irrigation districts organized under the provisions of parts 1 and 15 of this chapter.
