As used in 85-20-902 through 85-20-905, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Commission" means the reserved water rights compact commission.(2) "Compact" means the Crow-Montana water rights compact as approved by the legislature in 85-20-901.(3) "Department" means the department of natural resources and conservation.
