Mont. Code § 82-15-114
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
A person who violates 82-15-113 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 120 days, or both.
