Mont. Code § 82-11-215
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The formation of a unit as provided in 82-11-204 through 82-11-216 and the operation of the unit under order of the board shall not be in violation of any statute of this state relating to trusts, monopolies, contracts, or combinations in restraint of trade.
