Section 82-11-127 - [Effective on occurrence of contingency] Prohibited activity(1) A person may not: (a) cause pollution of any state waters or place or cause to be placed any liquid, gaseous, solid, or other substance in a location where the substance is likely to cause pollution of any state waters;(b) violate any provision set forth in a permit or stipulation, including but not limited to limitations and conditions contained in it;(c) violate an order issued pursuant to this chapter; or(d) violate a provision of this chapter. (2) A person may not drill, construct, convert, or operate a class II injection well or a carbon dioxide injection well or drill an oil or gas well or stratigraphic test well or core hole as described under 82-11-134 without a valid permit or order from the board.En.
