Section 80-5-507 - Findings(1) The report of the alternative dispute resolution council must: (a) include findings of fact and recommendations regarding costs, if any; and(b) consider the written summary provided when an investigation is delegated as provided in 80-5-505.(2) The director shall send copies of the completed report to the buyer and seller by certified mail.En.
