Section 80-10-203 - Fertilizer to be uniform(1) The plant nutrient content of every brand and grade of commercial fertilizer shall remain uniform for the period of registration.(2) The manufacturer or licensee shall at all times deliver a uniform grade of fertilizer or soil amendment.
