Section 75-10-421 - Construction in event of conflict - remedies cumulative(1) The provisions of this part and rules promulgated pursuant to this part govern if they conflict with other provisions of Montana law or any action taken by the department under such provisions.(2) The remedies provided for in this part are cumulative with other remedies provided by law.En.
