Mont. Code § 72-4-307
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
Payment or delivery made in good faith on the basis of the certificate of the clerk of court and the certificate of the department of revenue releases the debtor or person having possession of the personal property to the same extent as if payment or delivery had been made to a local personal representative.
