Section 72-38-203 - Jurisdiction over trustees and beneficiariesSubject to 72-38-204:
(1) by accepting the trusteeship of a trust having its principal place of administration in this state, the trustee submits personally to the jurisdiction of the court under this chapter;(2) to the extent of their interests in the trust, all beneficiaries of a trust having its principal place of administration in this state are subject to the jurisdiction of the court under this chapter; and(3) by accepting a distribution from a trust having its principal place of administration in this state, the recipient submits personally to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state regarding any matter involving the trust.Added by Laws 2013, Ch. 264, Sec. 26, eff. 10/1/2013.
