Section 7-7-4214 - Zero-coupon and capital appreciation bonds

The terms "zero-coupon bonds" and "capital appreciation bonds", as used in Title 7, chapter 7, part 42, mean those forms of bonds that make no periodic interest payments but rather are sold at a discount from their face value.
