Section 7-4-2615 - Records of water users' associations

In each county where water users' associations organized in conformity with the federal reclamation laws of the United States exist, the county commissioners are required to furnish the county recorder with books for the proper recording of stock subscriptions, contracts, articles of incorporation, and stock certificates of such associations, containing printed blank forms of the stock subscriptions, contracts, articles of incorporation, and stock certificates. The forms are to be prepared by the attorney general and used by the county recorder for the recording of all such stock subscriptions, contracts, articles of incorporation, and stock certificates.
