Section 7-34-2501 - DefinitionsAs used in this part, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Contract" means the agreement entered into by two or more counties for the purpose of creating a joint institution.(2) "Joint institution" means a county health care facility or boarding home for the aged constructed, purchased, leased, equipped, and operated by two or more counties pursuant to the terms of the contract creating it.En.
