Mont. Code § 7-32-4138
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The municipality has a cause of action for reimbursement of sums it has paid to an officer as salary and for medical treatment against any third party against whom the officer has a cause of action for the injury which necessitated the payments by the municipality.
