Section 7-3-514 - Administrative assistantsThe commission presiding officer:
(1) shall appoint one or more administrative assistants to assist in the supervision and operation of the local government, and the administrative assistants are answerable solely to the presiding officer; or(2) may appoint one or more administrative assistants to assist in the supervision and operation of the local government, and the administrative assistants are answerable solely to the presiding officer.En. 47A-3-206 by Sec. 1, Ch. 344, L. 1975; amd.
