Section 7-3-4453 - Assessments for snow, ice, weed, and rubbish removal

The commission shall have the power to provide by ordinance for assessing against the abutting property the cost of removing from the sidewalks all accumulation of snow and ice and for assessing against the property the cost of cutting and removing therefrom nuisance weeds and rubbish.
