Mont. Code § 7-21-2404
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
For the purpose of defraying the expenses of regulation under this part, a transient retail merchant desiring to do business in any county of this state shall, before commencing business, pay in advance the sum of $25 for each week or fraction of a week to the county treasurer of the county in which the business is conducted.
