Mont. Code § 7-2-4913
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
Except as provided in 7-2-4914, upon the disincorporation of a city or town, each public officer of the city shall immediately turn over all public property of every nature and description in the officer's possession to the board of county commissioners of the county in which the city or town is situated.
