Mont. Code § 7-16-2332
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The park commissioners shall have authority to accept grants or loans from the United States government, subject to agreements in conformance to federal laws and regulations relating thereto, notwithstanding any provision of this part or other state statutes to the contrary.
