Mont. Code § 7-14-2131
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
Whenever the natural sod cover on right-of-way areas is disturbed by construction of county roads, irrigation ditches, drain ditches, or otherwise, the board of county commissioners shall require the person or agency responsible for the disturbance to comply with 7-22-2152.
