Section 7-14-1611 - Resolution of intention to create rail authority(1) A board of county commissioners may create an authority encompassing an entire county or a portion of a county. Before creating an authority, the board shall pass a resolution of intention.(2) The resolution must state: (a) the proposed name of the authority;(b) the proposed boundaries of the authority; and(c) the number of directors of the authority.En.
