Section 7-13-3003 - Resolution of intention to create district(1) Before creating a district, the governing body shall pass a resolution of intention to create the district.(2) The resolution must designate: (a) the proposed name of the district;(b) the necessity for the proposed district;(c) a general description of the territory or lands to be included within the district, giving the boundaries of the district;(d) the general character of the system and its proposed location;(e) the name of the engineer who is to have charge of the work; and(f) the estimated cost of the district.En.
