Mont. Code § 7-13-125
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The payment of the assessment to defray the cost of constructing any improvements in said metropolitan sanitary and/or storm sewer district may be spread over a term of not to exceed 20 years, payment to be made in equal installments.
