Section 7-12-4341 - Financing of lighting district improvements

All costs and expenses incurred in the construction of the improvements specified in this part shall be paid for by special improvement lighting district bonds or warrants, in such form as may be prescribed by ordinance, drawn against a fund to be known as the special improvement lighting district No. .... fund.
