Section 7-12-4103 - Formation of district to defray cost of acquiring private property

The city council is also hereby authorized to create a district as hereinafter specified for the purpose of defraying the cost of acquiring private property for the purpose of opening, widening, or extending any street, avenue, or alley within the corporate limits of such city.
