Section 7-12-2134 - Opening of bids(1) The board of county commissioners shall, in open session, publicly open and examine and declare the bids.(2) The time fixed for the opening of the bids shall not be less than 15 days from the time of the final publication of the notice required by 7-12-2132.En.
