Section 7-11-224 - Preparation of comprehensive program(1) The commission shall prepare a comprehensive program for the furnishing of local governmental services, on both countywide and urban area bases, as it deems desirable.(2) Within 3 years after the date of its organization, the commission shall complete the preparation of its proposals for the provision of both urban area services and countywide services and shall provide for adequate publication and explanation of its program.(1)En.
