Section 7-11-207 - Composition of commissionAn interlocal cooperation commission established pursuant to this part consists of members to be selected as follows:
(1) four members selected by the county commissioners;(2) four members appointed by the mayor of the principal city and confirmed by the governing body of the city;(3) one member appointed by the mayor of each of the other cities and towns in the county and confirmed by the governing body of the city or town;(4) one member, who must be presiding officer of the interlocal cooperation commission, selected by the other members of the commission at their initial meeting.En.
