Section 7-1-4203 - Prohibitions - application(1) A political subdivision may not enact, administer, or otherwise require an employer to provide an employee or class of employees with a wage or employment benefit that is not required by state or federal law.(2) This part does not apply to a political subdivision affecting a wage or employment benefit for an employee or class of employees of that political subdivision.Added by Laws 2021, Ch. 398,Sec. 3, eff. 4/29/2021.
