Mont. Code § 7-1-4143
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
In any meeting required to be open to the public, the governing body, committee, board, authority, or entity shall adopt rules for conducting the meeting, affording citizens a reasonable opportunity to participate prior to the final decision.
