Section 7-1-202 - Creation of new boardsSubject to 7-1-201 and 7-1-203 and in addition to the following, a county may create administrative boards, districts, and commissions that are not otherwise provided for by law:
(1) county building commission;(3) county fair commission;(4) mosquito control board;(6) board of park commissioners;(8) rodent control board;(9) solid waste district;(10) television district;(11) weed management district.En.
