Section 69-7-113 - Appeals(1) A party to a municipal rate hearing may appeal the decision of the municipality to the district court in whose jurisdiction the municipality lies.(2) A person may appeal the adoption or application of municipal utility rules to the district court in whose jurisdiction the municipality lies.En.
