Section 69-4-512 - Judicial review(1) An excavator subject to repair costs may have repair costs reviewed by a court of competent jurisdiction.(2) An excavator or underground facility owner subject to a civil penalty in accordance with 69-4-524 or 69-4-525 may have the civil penalty reviewed by a court of competent jurisdiction as provided in 2-4-702.Amended by Laws 2017, Ch. 326,Sec. 18, eff. 7/1/2017, and applicable to incidents and events occurring on or after 10/1/2017.En.
