Section 53-21-1207 - Mental health services special revenue account
(1) There is a mental health services special revenue account within the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102.
(2) The account consists of:
(a) money transferred into the account; and
(b) money appropriated by the legislature.
(3) Money in the account must be used by the department to pay for services provided by behavioral health peer support specialists pursuant to 53-6-101.

Contingent voidness. Section 115 of Laws 2021, Ch. 576 provides: "Contingent voidness. If the Montana supreme court determines that Initiative Measure No. 190, approved November 3, 2020, other than the portions relating to revenue distribution, is in violation of the Montana constitution and the constitutional infirmity invalidates the entire initiative, then both Initiative Measure No. 190 and [this act] [Ch. 576] are void."
