Section 50-74-107 - Wrongful certification or granting of a license a misdemeanor

Any inspector or assistant inspector who willfully certifies regarding any boilers or their attachments or grants a license to any person to act as engineer contrary to the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
