(1) There is no fee for filing a letter of intent.(2) An application for certificate of need approval must be accompanied by a fee that is at least equal to 0.3% of the capital expenditure projected in the application, except that the fee may not be less than $500.(3) Fees collected under this section must be deposited in the general fund.En.
