Section 50-49-103 - DefinitionsFor purposes of this part, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Department" means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201.(2) "Food programs and nutrition services" means public or private programs to provide food and nutrition assistance to persons who have need.
