Section 50-39-103 - Inspections, examinations, and hearings authorized

When requested by the department of labor and industry, the department of justice shall conduct inspections of the applicant's business facilities and shall report to the department of labor and industry the results of its inspection. The department of labor and industry may consider the inspection report and conduct examinations or hearings to determine an applicant's qualifications.
